Designed by Victor Baca, the USCG PWB is an interesting and versatile scale model. The full size craft was designed for several purposes and was outfitted with much interesting equipment. Plans supply enough details to build an accurate and functional R/C model. Construction is plank-on-frame balsa and plywood. The hull requires fiberglass cloth and resin finishing for strength.
